Georgetown Palace Theater - July 18th 2021
Annie is a musical with music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by Martin Charnin, and a book by Thomas Meehan. It is based on the 1924 comic strip Little Orphan Annie by Harold Gray. The original Broadway production opened in 1977 and ran for nearly six years, setting a record for the Alvin Theatre (now the Neil Simon Theatre).
It spawned numerous productions in many countries, as well as national tours, and won seven Tony Awards, including for Best Musical. The musical's songs "Tomorrow" and "It's the Hard Knock Life" are among its most popular musical numbers.

Addison Denton (Apple Seller / Sound Effects / Drake) is excited for her very first Palace Theatre camp! She has been in the musical Newsies and Murder Mystery, in her hometown. She likes that acting isn't that hard as long as you go for it. She loves to act and is excited for Annie JR.
Alanna Miller (Dog Catcher / Chauffeur / Louis Howe / Orphan) has been in five plays.
She loves to act and is here because her parents are awesome and made it happen!
Alex Vinante (Warbucks) is 13 years old and is going into the eight grade. He has been performing at the Palace for four years and has loved every minute of it. He would like to thank his family for all of the support and especially his parents for driving him to the camps that he loves.
Caeley Hardy (Grace Farrell) is 12 years old and going into seventh grade. This is her first time here at the Palace! She would like to thank her parents.
Camryn Schroeder (Kate / Cecile Usherette) is 13 years old. Some things she loves are soccer, her family, and her gradma. This is her fourh year at the Palace Theater Summer Camps. She would like to thank her pet fish, Mr. Fish, for always being there for her, even though she never feeds him.
CeLoire Castillo (Pepper / Annette is 12 years old. She has been in three plays at the Palace and has been attending camps since she was eight. CeLoire would like to thank her parents and family for always supporting her.
Clara Watkins (Officer Ward Police Orphan) is excited to be performing in their second show this summer. They would like to thank their parents for getting them to camp.
Grace Reed (July / Star To Be) is 13 years old and is going into eight grade. She has been Annie once before and is happy to be in it again. She would like to thank her parents for making sure she could be a part of this camp!
Gwendolyn Hanna (Miss Hannigan) is happy to be doing her third show at the Palace. Her favorite roles to date are Blousy Brown (Bugs Malone JR) and Sven (Frozen JR). She would like to thank her parents for their love and support. She hopes that you enjoy the show.
Hannah Rodgers (Duffy / Mrs. Greer) is 12 years old and going into seventh grade.
They have been going to the Summer Camps for four years. Hannah's favorite play that they have done is Aladdin JR. They would like to thank their parents for signing them up for Palace Camps!
Kira Petrik (Molly / Sandy) is participating in her second show at the Palace! She would like to thank her mom for encouraging her and driving her every day.
Lucas Main - Munoz (Rooster) is very excited to be alive and doing this show!
This will be his 31st show with the Palace Education Department. He would like to thank his mom for putting him in the show.

Maite Alva (Tessie / Mrs. Pugh) has been going to the Palace for four years. She lives in thexice with her parents she has byears going and going into the ninth grade.
Quinlan Stevenson (Bundles / President Roosevelt / Bert Healy) is 12 years old and loves theatre. He is excited for you to see this show! He would like to thank everyone who works on these productions. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Sydnee Ingram (Annie) is very excited to be performing in Annie JR, which is one of her favorite musicals. Tricia Carson-Walker (Lily) is 13 years old and has been acting most of her life.
